[ ]When I am losing, my sessions tend to be longer than when I am winning.
[ ]It's not often that I have a losing session and don't keep playing until I'm even or down a lot.
[x]When I'm down a lot, I sometimes play in stakes 2x mine or more to get even.
[x]When I'm down a lot, I start playing extremely spewy.
[x]When I'm down a lot, I sometimes flip to get even.

Def move up in stakes and play long sessions when im really getting killed. Because of this my biggest losing sessions are always bigger then my biggest winning ones.

1 and 4 for me, although I am getting a lot better at 4. Also, 1 isn't really a problem for me because I am usually still playing well even if I'm down, so it doesn't really affect me.

i do 1-4 a lot. havent flipped since like january although I think im +10k or so lifetime. rather than flip, I usually just 3bet a lot and bluffshove a lot and try and get stuck at least 15 buyins.

Last night for an hour I tilted very bad and anything A9 or better I shoved PF like a total maniac. The table knew I was tilting and the result was actually the best hour of the 10hr session.

sometimes when i'm losing i do somewhat dumb [censored] like just say screw it and crai the turn with a flush draw or a call a shorty's push with 44 without thinking enough about it.

but i'm pretty good about quitting when i'm losing, because losing usually leads to playing worse. it's more fear of regret that i lost money when i should've quit than it is fear of losing. my worst days are usually something like bad session in early afternoon, quit for two hours, bad session, quit for two hours, bad session, go to bed.
