Unless he has a history of 3betting you light or squeezing a lot, this is pretty standard.

as a general rule, AK is more valuable preflop than QQ.

I'd fold QQ, too.

With KK and AA, I'd call.

I suppose I might fold KK if I had a long enough history with the guy that pushed to put him exactly on aces, but I wouldn't tell anybody about it.
