Default $11 AQ facing all-in and call

first guy who went all-in seemed pretty good but i was def calling with AQ but when CO called i was unsure what to do.
Thoughts?

Party Poker
No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t300/t600
5 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: t5160
CO: t3290
Button: t5540
HERO: t2680
BB: t3330

Pre-flop: (5 players) HERO is SB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
<font color="#cc0000">UTG raises all-in t5160</font>, <font color="#cc0000">CO calls all-in t3290</font>, Button folds, Hero??

Yeah, definte fold. CO most likely has you beat unless he is a complete donk. You are likely up against atleast AK or a big PP and would be flipping or drawing to 3 outs. Wait for a better spot.

Raise to 3451 and then fold to a check.

We've only got 4 blinds and the caller only has 6. I'm getting it in.
