Default AKo 3 bets PF, who hit nothing (again)

Vill is 44/18/0.66 and plays strangely. He can lead trips on the flop, ck-raise TPBK (J9o) on the turn vs my AA 3 bets PF, cold call river with TP (5^^) with a lot of action PF and on the flop, wait the river to raise TPTK turned (AK) in position...

PokerStars 1/2 Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, CO calls.

Flop: (7.50 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">CO bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, CO calls.

Turn: (5.75 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
CO checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises</font>, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 7.75 BB

Must I raise this flop ?
Must I bet this turn ( I had the intention to check the river) ?

Flop raise can be ok against some of these players. A lot of them just donk any flop, hoping to push you off AK. Check the turn, call river, it's a cheaper showdown. I usually try to showdown AK cheaply heads-up.

If villain has a worse hand its better to let him keep bluffing

If villain has a better hand it sucks to raise

Please dont raise teh flop unless you know he has a worse hand AND you know he will call down with it. In which (unrealistic) case you can value raise and value bet down. However, since this will never be the case dont raise the flop.

Raising flop donks with A high is generally retarded

OK, so I just call the flop, the turn is 6 of heart, who connects the board, who don't give me a backdoor FD and who don't pair my hand.
Is it better to call down (if he is bluffing), or let it go ?

Against normal players I agree, but this guy looks passive enough that he will shut up until the showdown if we raise, making it a lot easier for us. Basically it's a free-card raise. And we allow him to bluff again on the river. I don't think it's always bad. Some amount of the time he will fold outright, which imo is also fine. Sure, he may bluff once more, but he is also often drawing to 6 outs. He may even call the raise when bluffing. I think this really depends on the type of player you're up against.

one spot where a flop raise would be ok is if it would let you limit the field in a big pot

which isn't the case here
