I went to ban strikeaa and see he has already been temp banned for PM spamming but no one noted it. Given his lack of post history, I was just going to nuke his account...thoughts?

Standard for PM spamming with zero posts is permaban. However, whichever mod got to it first made it a temp ban, so you would be effectively overruling their decision. Leave it alone.

However, I saw that welcome2theparty was permabanned and the IPs don't match.

I have permabanned Melchiades and welcome2theparty as I see this to be totally unacceptable on a number of levels.

I would ask that strikeaa's tempban be made a permaban, too, in light of the above new information.

This is possible. I am quite willing to consider unbanning Melchiades after some more checking.
