2xDaily 50k Stars, A7, JJ hitting Ace and JJ

I just want to check 2 hands I played in yesterday's Daily 50k ($50 buyin) on stars. I found confident when I played them, just would like to check the lines/ideas about.

1) Average Stack is near to t4000.
Stats: UTG 60/0/0.8/40, CO 45/20/1.3/12 about 40hands
I had noticed that CO made very thin valuebets especially against calling stations like UTG in this hand.
I have seen UTG playing hands like K6s,J7s or so from UTG already.

Preflop, I'd often fold A7s from that position, but when I keep folding, I'll be far away from avarage soon, so beeing in hand with a calling station with a not so bad suited Ace should be fine, I hope.

At flop+turn, beeing squeezed, I tried to find a line between protecting, valuebetting and potcontrol. I did not want to loose my whole stack on just the possibly worst Top-Pair hand here, that's why my weak flop bet and checking at the turn despite the 2 diamonds.

At the river I bet exaktly the amount that CO still had, hoping that he interprets it as an attempt to steal the pot and the bet should be small enough to give UTG a nice price to call it.

O.K. so?

2) Here I have 1.5x the average stack,
UTG+1 had been very loose, but since he got shortstacked, he tightenend somewhat up, no really reads about BU, perhaps he's a bit loose and aggressive, but had only seen 1 orbit yet from him.

First one looks alright. I don't know if I'd bet the river, if your going too you should probably just shove there. In the second one, maybe bet a bit less on the flop ~1600, and then bet more on the river, get full value out of your hand.
