Default pokersite enforcement poles

ok, ppl post all the time about accounts being locked and funds being confiscated. sometimes ppl get their funds back and sometimes they dont. it would seem there is a chance funds could be confiscated from players who have done nothing wrong and won legitimately.

what would your threshold be before you would prefer the sites not confiscate for cheating, fraud etc?
