He can get pretty crazy and I'm not so sure that he'll fold an ace here. He won't fold it against me that is.

He'll call the turn with 2 diamonds as well.

He'll never fold a ace to me in a spot like this; he calls with a king most of the time, too. However, if he's got diamonds as well (which is definitely in his range from my experience), he'll fold a hand which high-cards you.

are you kidding that you think he wouldn't fold a K??? i agree the river is real bad for bluff equity versus a weak ace, but i think he has a draw a very large percentage of the time. can you bet less than all-in, like 100 less, just to save yourself the money and make it look more like a value bet to get him to fold a draw? either way, my vote is bet.

I should've said "against me he'll call with a king". For some reason, this guy calls me down super light all the time.

I think the turns the street that is misplayed and if played more optimally the river would be irrelavent. If villian has been floating at all than CRAI on the turn with your 11 outs thats nice equity if he does have a hand strong enough to call but I can not seen him calling with less than top 2. Also, if he checks behind you have a free card so either way seems like a better move than leading the turn and prob having to fold to a raise with a card to come.
