Strip:

MGM has a tourney that starts at 11:00. As the players drop out the $1/2 and $2/5 NL action picks up.

Bellagio always has NL games going. My impression is that during the day these are mostly rock gardens. However, others on this board have played Bellagio more often than I and may think otherwise.

Caesars usually has $1/2 started early but sometimes they are totally dead until people filter in to register for the noon tourney and then sit at a NL game until tourney time starts.

Venetian seems to have either $1/2 or $2/5 going most of the time now that they have players collecting freeroll hours.

Off-strip:
If you can get to Red Rocks or Green Valley Ranch, you can find NL games starting early. Red Rocks has been pretty much 24/7 while GVR usually has a table going but sometimes it breaks up early morning.
