How do you balance this move? Semibluffing combo draws? Outbluffing what you read as double barrel continuation?

i went AI, he timed out thinking.

i almost instinctively called planning on a river CR (mb lead a scare card), but i changed my mind... i felt he was strong and the case 8 or AA were most likely hands so i figured hell call w/ those and a bad river could really complicate this hand w/ me being OOP.
minRR, push river and call/check river prob wouldve been better, i dunno. whitelime said push in and i respect his opinion so i guess this is one of those close spots where u could go either way.
