Default If an account is hacked and the intruder loses all the $ on blackjack

Should the site give the money back to the victim? I'm not sure what the industry standard is here. This just happened to a buddy of mine on sportsbook.com and they refuse to reimburse him.

No. It should be fairly obvious why they shouldn't/can't.

If this were a standard policy, seems like everyone would give their password to an out of state friend to hack the account. Win at blackjack, cash out. Bust, claim your account was hacked to get reimbursed.
