with a draw with as much s/d value as this i'm probably looking to check the river mostly. if a K or J come I might have a stab, but really this is not a situation where i'm thinking about a three barrel really (especially readless). if we check behind river and he shows a pp, fair enough - we had plenty of equity earlier in the hand but we can't win every pot.

edit: i thought we were in postion - that makes me want to be K or J rivers less (because he hasn't shown weakness by checking for the third time yet), but it makes me want to bet blank rivers more with a kind blocker/bluff bet for like 1/2 pot.

who thinks a [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] river is a good card to bet?

I wouldn´t bet the river, if he calls the turn with his crappy pair he is calling river. I would probably cc river some of the time.
