I don't understand all this whining about running up the score. Check out the 04 Colts margin of victory against the dreck. Why is that not considered "running up the score?"

Plus, these guys are pros. It's not the chubby kids from the tech high school that are getting manhandled. It's the other team's responsibility to stop the Patriots from scoring.

Man I remember being a Vikings fan in 1998 and [censored] yes it was fun, it was amazing. NFCCG was close and much less fun.

[/ QUOTE ]

less fun because the kicker chose one of the 2close games they played that year to miss a fg instead of missing in one of their blowouts

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah and the rest of the team chose that game to not blow the other guys out, too.

i love blow-outs. it leaves no question who the dominant team is.

in a close game, where the championship is determined by a
late 50 yd field goal, or whatever, does that ~REALLY~ satisfy
the question of who the better team was?

to me -- that was a coin flip. just one questionable
holding call by the refs and the game could've gone the
other way...

did anyone say Tiger Woods was "disrespecting the game"
when he won the Masters by 15 strokes?!?!?

"That Tiger Woods!! He was disrespecting the game!!
He should've hit a couple of bogies or something!!
What about the feelings of those other golfers?!?!!"
