How the hell is preflop acceptable? Calling off 1/10 of your stack OOP because you put him on AA-KK? Yuck. /bbvstrat

7.5:1 to hit a set. With the money in the pot ($31) and implied odds ($179) I'm getting 210:14 or 15:1. If I knew he was 3betting wide I would've folded. But I went with my read, which was that I'd stack him every time as long as no ace flops. Like I said in the OP, I was wrong but got paid anyway.

what site doesnt have soft 1/2 games..? come on now..
party 2/4 is still pretty soft imo, 3/6 is pretty random, sometimes its really good and sometimes you cant find any descent tables. 5/10+ is no rosegarden like in the old days, theres a ton of pretty good regs crowding the tables waiting for fish to sit. still the games are clearly beatable of course, i'm not sure it really differs that much compared to other sites. many of those that remember the "old" party and cant play there any more has a very biased picture of what its like.

but congratuolations to op for finding a drooler at 1/2 (lol)
