Problem with little cousin

So my little cousin in Kindergarten called me today and said a kid in his class has been calling him a poopoo head and a neener face. What's his play? His father is suggesting self-defense classes but I think that may be unnecessary. This kid is a little bugger but has a kind soul, I hate to see him so down on himself. No one deserves to be called a kucka face. Please guys, what's our move?
