Default 2xGetting shoved on the flop, 1x with overpair, 1xWith Trips; deep

Just would like to get some hints, what should be standard in these hands, going All-In or Folding?

1)
PokerStars 50 NL Hold'em (5 handed) HandRecorder v0.9b

Stacks & Stats
BB ($97.50) (19/15/oo/0) (26h)
SB ($44.10)
CO ($49.75)
BU ($49.25)
Hero ($127.25)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero raises to $1.75, CO calls $1.75, 2 folds, BB raises to $8, Hero calls $6.25, CO calls $6.25.

Flop: ($24.75) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $17, CO calls $17, BB raises to $89.50 (All-In). Hero??

2) Here Villain is loose passive, I wouldn't ask it if he would be more aggressive, but that was the 2nd raise of him I've seen in more than 60 minutes from him.

PokerStars 50 NL Hold'em (5 handed) HandRecorder v0.9b

Stacks & Stats
BB ($54.45)
MP ($101.50) (49/5/0.80/22) (83h)
SB ($45.25)
BU ($48.50)
Hero ($99)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
MP calls $0.50, Hero calls $0.50, 1 folds, SB calls $0.25, BB checks.

Flop: ($2) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB bets $1, BB folds, MP calls $1, Hero raises to $4.50, SB folds, MP raises to $101 (All-In), Hero ???

in 1) I gave Villain perhaps a range of AA,sometimes KK,sometimes a set,AK (most likely A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]),A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. I gave the caller behind me any pair and perhaps some draws.
Given my equity against this range, it's an easy fold. Accurate?

in 2) I ran out of time when deciding what to do (it was a fast table ). Of course, having 4th nuts is nice and hard to believe he would play 22 or AQ with a [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] so hard overbetting the pot nearly 20x. So what range I could give here the villain. I guess, it should be a call. I guess, even still an easy one, right?

PS: I know, it might be better to raise it preflop; don't know why I didn't do that.

I think its worth a call preflop purely to set mine. The only think you beat is AQo and AKo postflop. 1010+ and AK/AQ of hearts is possible. The situation is wayyy too sticky after the flop bet, I fold to a flop check raise.

hand 1: although villain´s af is very high i´m never calling here. he reraised preflop and seems fairly tag. he very likely has a higher overpair or might think that AK is teh nuts(not that likely though. against higher overpairs you are drawing to 2 outs and you are not that much of a favourite against an unimproved AK.
hand 2: I´m calling instantly. he has an af of 22 ?! wtf are you waiting for?

An af of 22

No that's his WTS-Quote, His aggression was <1 and like said, it was the 2nd raise I've seen from him in just 1 hour, so I'm not sure, whether the aggression factor from PT, given 0.8 is correct. I guess, I imported the stats a lil' after he his raised again. IIRC PA had shown me at the time I had to make the decision an AF of 0.3.

Even with a PFR of 5 he raises AQ and probably KQ as well. So easy call.
