Your best bet by far is Epassporte.

Ahh so you're saying the biggest problem will be getting UB to approve sending the $$ there given I didnt load my UB account using ePassporte.
But you're also saying I have to invest the $5 fee (on a min 25 deposit) to open the account... I don't want the credit card just an account.

Just one side note. When you get it figured out, you may want to transfer MOST of your money first, not ALL. I have never had a problem with cashouts from UB, but I have heard of people getting their accounts locked and such when they cash out ALL the mula. Probably just horror stories, but still, better safe than sorry. So I would cash out twice, first Most of the money, then the little bit, say 10% or so, you leave in there. Just my 2 cents.

You are probably not going to be able to avoid the fee anyway you do it. At least its only $5. That is the Epass fee for loading money of that amount. I think the fee is something like 10% with a $5 min and some sort of max not sure what it is though. Anyway that is probably your best bet.

OP from the sounds of it you seem to be against ALL fees and setting up accounts I think you may wish to consider a P2P transfer?????
