Default Lay down Aces on Flop to MIn raise on 10,8,7 Rainbow Flop?

Hello, I am a high stakes regular online, and new to this site, First off, does anyone know a rakeback program that would offer me more than 25 percent? Here is my poker question. I'm playing a 10/20 NL on FTP. I pick up AA UTG and raise to 90 as a new player posts in MP. 3 Players call. Flop comes out 10, 8, 7 rainbow. I lead out for $300 and the poster min raises to $600. What would you do here??? I think it is one of the toughet decisiions in short stack poker. I call flop and check call all in when 2 hit ssthe turn, and of course he has top set. Thoughts???
