pretty sure he is a 2p2er. why would he check a made hand on the turn in a limped pot? nice call or donation?
havent seen him get out of line yet, but im pretty sure he is capable of making moves

its a limped pot, why do you think he's making a move on the turn where you can easily have a trashy two pair? he's not putting you on AJ here on the turn, thats for sure.

id play this pretty differently, you prolly want to pop up the flop.

the turn looks pretty bad. given you called 3 is a nice card so you pay off.

maybe he thinks you'll bet with a lot of hands that would just call, so he'll get a chance to raise you

i dont know, its pretty easy to check a strong hand here given it's a nothing pot so losing a street of value vs gaining an extra street may be worth it (ala, you checking behind may not cost him all that much in protection ev)

im not a fan he can be betting 89 on the flop just for fun, that or two pair like jt that just hit the turn and he feels like c/ring instead of leading b/c it's fun. its all about the fun looooool.
