Default They are lying to you.

I believe that the Palace Group may be operating from Kahnawake. If so, make a complaint and politely tell the Kahnawake Gaming Commission that this would never happen with a UK-approved operator .... That will get some action.

Thank you very much for this advice. I will do this tomorrow.

Any other advise from anyone is still very much apprecated. I want to have as many options/tools at my disposal as possible in order to get my money.

Apparently The Palace Group was under the control of 'Fairground Gaming Holdings' a UK company and then spun off their gaming operations to 'Seahouses Holdings Limited'.

Prior to learning this I obtained info re: main company officers at Fairhouse but now that info is irrelevant.

Anyone know how I can go about finding out who are the core people in charge at Seahouses Holdings Limited?

Also, do you think it would be worth it to contact the broker agencies that trade Seahouses? Any other related suggestions?

Code Poker put a bug up my ass. I want to shove something much more substantial up theirs (as well as get my money back lol).

I'm going through a similar situation with TonyG Poker, although they're just stalling instead of saying no. I've been exchanging emails with support for 2 months and all I get are form letter replies.

When GamesGrid shut down, all accounts were migrated to TonyG, which is now on IPoker. IPoker doesn't allow US accounts, so my account and my money are in limbo... anyone else?

www.companieshouse.gov.uk will give you info on all UK registered limited companies.

Unfortunately, this is untrue though it may get some active response from Kahnawake. Paradise Poker, part of Sportingbet PLC and a UK-approved operator, owes me >5K USD and has so far refused to pay. They claim they have been advised by their attorneys not to pay US citizens nor to allow US citizens to transfer funds to other players, even if they are offshore and non-US citizens.

A lawsuit may not be profitable, yet it may be inevitable.

Default Are you willing to pay for help , on a contingent basis ???

I once offered to help people get paid immediately on their Neteller claims for X%, all I got back was a bunch of whining about 'Why should I pay to get my money back".

HOWEVER, IF you are willing to pay a % on a contingent basis, you could get some help.

(Same for other people from the US who "cannot" get paid because they are from the US. However, it would never be done for FREE.)
