California - LA to SF

Im going to California tomorrow for ten days, LA driving to SF. I am thinking of moving out there with my female, she has an interview to work with facebook when we are there. Maybe this should be in the travel forum but I dont feel like asking there, so here are some questions.

- What are the coolest places to go in SF, best places to eat and stuff? Not looking for really touristy stuff because I have done most of the major tourist sites before.

- Anyone ever done any wine tasting, should I do some wine tasting trip?

- Go to a Giants or Dodgers game? Probly going to a Giants just cuz stadium is nice.

- Is Cali weed noticeably better than east coast weed? Would I be able to find it if I dont know people in the area when I will be there?

- Coolest colleges to visit?

ATT park is nice. Def dont go to Dodger Stadium, that thing is a POS.

You can literally walk 20 feet across the stadium and eat drink in popular places, where at Dodger Stadium that thing is built into the ground and surrounded by asphalt.

Drinking wine will prolly mean you need to drive 30min - 1 hour north/east of S.F.

I have only smoke wee in Europe, and California was better. However, it could have been variance. Here though there is crap and there is good, last time I smoked I felt like I was brain dead for about 2 hours. All 4 of us were stuck and silent sitting outside the SFO watching plains land.

Dont really know much else about SF.

Colleges around here? I will tell you what, go to Berkley. The school year will be starting a 2 weeks about, and that will deff be the biggest parties in the bay. Only bad part is; berkeley is dirty/depressing, so IDK if it is worth doing.

SF state; I would say no. It just looks depressing.
UCSF: its not really a college.
SJSU: quite a drive south, school starts in 2-3 weeks I think. (still havnt regged for classes, lol I'm pwned)
