not really, he could call 3bet with any pocket pair. and 11/8 doesn't mean he's not bluffing turn after you check.

his PF calling range is basically any pair + AK
how many of these do you beat? not many. i check behind. maybe call a riverdonk.

Why would you raise pf and then not bet flop? At least bet/fold here. Checking is weak.
