Hi Kyle,
With only 400 left to raise on the river, you don't have much to think about; push. His likely hands are AK, KT, K3c, or some other weird 2 pair hand that doesn't beat Ks and 5s. It's hard for him to fold any of those hands (since he bet AK in the first place) getting 4:1, and you're ahead more than half the time when called.

But since I had no read on the guy I pussed out and just called. After 2 years of limit I am making the switch to nl.
