Re: 50NL; 54s hits pair & flush draw 5 ways
Anyone else like a fold pre-flop? (even with good odds in a raised pot)
Sure its a suited connector but its so low that it makes a lot of second best hands that get you stacked as often as you stack. As played this is a reasonable flop yet the situation is still not great. I like the call of the first raise here (well, you didnt call to fold a draw on the flop), you have roughly 0.00% fold equity. When its raised and re-raised I know all I need to know and get out. |

Re: 50NL; 54s hits pair & flush draw 5 ways
I think all three players have pretty wide ranges here, actually. They shouldn't, but SB and MP are both spazzy, and UTG+1's small raise could be a lot of things.
SB: xdxd, A4, AT+, maybe even KdQx UTG+1: AA, TT, AK, AQ, KdQd MP: Ax, TT, 44, xdxd My first instinct is to muck in a spot like this, but then I call myself a girl's name and force myself to shove. Basically, unless UTG+1 has a set, I'm not in bad shape. Regarding preflop, I don't like playing suited connectors OOP, but getting 6:1 closing the action with three terrible players and a passive pfr, with the best relative position, I think it's worth a call. |

[ QUOTE ]
i think folding here is good. there is a very good chance that someone has a better FD [/ QUOTE ]probably the sb who was trying to draw cheap with a KJdd type hand. |

GiantBuddha, I think considering the range of hands you are facing from all opponents and the non-existent fold equity a fold is in order, week as it may seem.
Please post their actual hands. |
