Default UB 10/25 180 BB Deep Set

I have been the most active at the table thus far, and a couple hands before I stacked someone in a mulitway pot with A2 vs QQ on 2324 board. In was 3 handed on the turn. Villain in this hand is playing what I would call standard poker, and I haven't seen him get out of line at the moment, but I might have missed it. Unfortunately I don't really have any other reads than I was the most active and have been 3betting moreso than the rest of the table, and villain hasn't gotten out of line yet that I can recall.

I would lead and c/r this flop pretty much close to 50/50, but he was the type of player that would more likely call my flop donk bet, so I wanted to start inflating the pot. This is tough to me because it's right where some people start needing gigantic hands to start putting money in, but others not yet.

BBV?

I don't think villain even matters, you pretty much always have to call here

the only hand i see you behind is Q9. AQ is highly unlikely. so JJ or TT comes to mind but i still believe you are ahead of his range. I think its still a must call. however i do see what you mean by saying its right between him having close to the nuts or just makeing a semi-bluff on you.

I think a fold is good here, despite the fact that your actual hand is pretty much the strongest one in your range. I think its unlikely that he is valuebetting KJ or KT here, nor is he semibluffing with KQ. I think he's got a huge hand and wants you to call, presuming that you also have a big hand.

that's a weird question because the only hand that i could realistically have here that i'm felting is AQ, so...i don't really have an answer - i'm just not getting to this point with this action if i have ttt or jjj or kkk, so it would be tough for me to respond.

your point about his aggression is of course a good one, and i would reserve the right to change my mind had a been the one playing the hand as i would have a much better feel of the dynamics than i could ever have from the sidelines.

well lets hope villain doesn't know that

Thats why I originally said he *had* to call... if he isn't calling 22 here, he basicaly never has anything he can call with.

of course villain doesn't necesarily know how hero is thinking or plays and may vastly underestimate his ability to fold a big hand, especially because of his aggresive image.

but in a spot like this if its close at ALL and you are [censored] yourself from a game theory perspective by folding, I think you should make the call....

although in this case I don't really think its close because I think 22 is usually good here anyway, but w/e interesting stuff
