bet way more on flop so you can 3bet a lot more. turn is never a call. its a donk bet so he doesn't check behind with a draw, or a c/r. Flop 3bet is definitley the best play imo. Assuming you b/3b your draws, he will likely put you on one if you 3bet

I don't think a 22/12 is limping Q4 UTG ever. His range is 44/draws, with draws being much more likely. Not 3-balling the flop is pretty bad, but not absolutely terrible if you're going to jam safe turns. This turn was obviously the blankest of blanks, so not betting / raising the turn is a crime.
