You a) dont want to and b) shouldn't want to call allin with A9o after 4betting, thats just retarted.
Its not like its a tournament where you "now have to call getting 2-1 with A9"
Its a bluff, you want your opponent to fold the junk he 3bet you with. You can't wait for big hands to do the 4bet so occasionally you just have to go with the feel and 4bet with the hand you got dealt and raised with. Be it 44, 87s or QTo.
