Default raise lighter vs a poster?

6 handed an unknown poster posts in the co, utg folds
bu is 60 vpip fish
blinds are tags.

do you raise lighter here or tighter here. why?

if lighter, would you raise k8o here?

of course I raise lighter, he is no diff than a blind(other than he has position on me).

I raise lighter in general, though not K8o. Reads definitely help, because a good poster is going to 3-bet light, but some posters are only 3-betting legit hands. Also someone may read you as weak and try to resteal before the flop or on the flop. So you have to use good judgment, employing enough discretion not to get into a raising war with K high but getting to showdown with slightly weaker hands as well.

no such thing as a "good" poster since 99.9% of people who post blind are poor players. Pocketstar is one of the few really good LAG/TAG's who always post DB and plays really well, in fact hes the only one I can think of.

there's nothing wrong with posting in the CO at 6-max though..... although I agree that not many TAGs seem to do it for whatever reasons.
