bizzare work/girl situation

So i started this new job about 6 months ago, and a few months ago, this new student intern began working at my company on thursday afternoons. She's cool and pretty cute, and I manage to hang out with her once or twice after work (just getting a casual drink, etc). Real low-key.

This thursday, she invites me out to meet her and a friend at a bar on saturday. I show up, and the three of us hit it off. This intern is kinda hitting on me, and we have a good time for a couple of hours. Over the course of the night, I find out that this intern has been offered a position at my company, and will probably be starting some time in January [IMPORTANT].

It starts getting late, and I get up to hit the bathroom. When I come back, the two girls are talking about me, and laughingly tell me to go back to the bathroom. I hang out w/ the bartender and eventually go back, but the conversation has gotten real awkward. We get the check and head out to the car. Intern has now started bumping into me, brushing hands against mine, etc. Cool.

We get into the car, im in the back, intern is passenger. The friend drives me home, and as we all talk, there is hand grabbing, which progresses to outright groping. We get to my house, and there's no good play w/ the friend around, so i go home alone.

QUESTION TO BBV4L: So it looks like im one or two steps from locking this up, but is this advisable? Like, how terrible will this be if things end badly, and im working next to this girl for the next year? Or are my hands already dirty, and should I take it all the way?

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that she took the internship as a way to get penis all up in her cooze. I was just saying that the internship was offered to her so the real employees can get their dicks wet.
