You have to look at the bright side of this death threat. This is your once in a lifetime opportunity of killing another human being in self defence with documented evidence backing you up. Invite him over, off him in a creative way, then record the details and all your feelings in a screenplay. Sell it, make $$$ and have a good story for the grandkids.

It's impossible to actually meet the guy, i think. From the sound of it, you have to wire him $5k upfront before he'll agree to meet with you.

Soon as that wire goes out, he's gone.

This scam is unusual in that it's one of the few nigerian scams that you hope ISN'T true

I think they should throw in some details. Like, "I saw you walking your dog the other day". General enough that you're going to be accurate for a decent percentage of the population and really freak out the stupid gullible people.

There's a site somewhere thats full of people that waste the time of the 419 scammers. It was a pretty funny site.
