Not really. You could probably get the same feeling in your head by holding your breath and jumping on your bed for a minute.

sorry for slight hijack, but when i'm working out while doing reps i get itchy. like so [censored] itchy i have to stop and itch whatever it is i'm doing (legs/arms) it drives me INSANE. it isn't my muscles either, its my skin. wtf?
