Default The \"Workaround\" thread

I strongly object to this thread being removed from legislation. This is an important subject that needs to be discussed openly.

If the workaround is good then obviously everyone needs to hear about it. If the workaround is bad/fraudulent then that needs to be clearly established by free debate. We can't protect our readers by covering up the truth about a scam.

Note that while uspp may have a good concept (in theory) and may get press coverage (by Bluffmag):

1. The idea is not currently fully developed and implemented in a legal manner
2. The site is currently nothing more than an affiliate banner farm
3. It is potentially a scam
