I would definitely fold over calling. Because

you might be drawing dead
your straight outs either fill him up or
he wont give you enough action if a 4 straight or flush comes

If you think he has what he's repping I would fold, if you think he doesn't then I would shove

I don't really like calling here. Either 3-bet the flop or push the turn, stop calling.
