Default 200NL: AK in BB, missed flop, $104 pot, $149 behind

What do I do in a spot like this? Fire a small continuation bet ($60) on the flop and fold to a raise? Check fold on the turn if he calls and I don't improve?

I fire a commiting amount and stack off.. I bet / call like 80. could be very wrong though, would like to hear more about this.

edit; i dont even know if 80 quite works, i dont see myself bet folding or check folding though, so i think bet/call stands.

Any reads / history? I don't mind c/f against a decent villain as his range should be too narrow to get enough FE.

OP: Why the insane raise pf? Make a normal raise pf and this hand plays easier.

Think about what villan is raising with pf and calling your insane range. Seems like J-J or Q-Q if he is weak-tight. This depends on your read.

It's not really that big a raise. Pot sized would be 42ish.

I usually c/f this as most people find a call with TT here. You could also fire somehting like 40. Those bets are nuts more than feeler bets these days so it might look scary enough.
