The most I've ever seen is a guy at Bay 101 $80/$160 game with about $45k in $20 chips in front of him(~2200 chips). It was 2 stories of 40 chip stacks.

The most I've ever had is about 6 racks in a $5 $20/$40 game and the floorman spilled the top 3 racks into the player next to me when he was finished coloring up. :-0
