He did say that the director (or producer) has been joking about a fourth one being called "The Bourne Redundancy."

However, someone else took over and has written some Bourne novels. I haven't read them, so I cannot comment on their quality vs. the original author. [/ QUOTE ] I read "Robert Ludlum's Bourne Legacy", which was written by someone else after his death. It was absolutely horrible. Ludlum's books got pretty bad towards the end, and the this one just took all of those bad storytelling habits to a awful new level. But the movies have diverged off onto completely different storyline since 30 minutes into the first one, so at this point they are really just borrowing the book names anyway. If Ultimatum is a big enough hit, they can always make more.
