2p2 360 Peer Review
While cursing my boss and company for putting me through semi-annual 360 peer review, I thought it might be fun if we did something like that for the forum.
Basically this process is where one gets feedback about one's work, one then does a review on oneself and one's manager. We'll leave out the manager (moderator) part as that is pretty much what ATF is for. Feel free to compliment, criticize, or ignore my posting style or specific posts I've made. What I do well re: posting What I do badly re: posting ------------------------------------------------------- What I do well: I like to believe my posts are well constructed, reasonably thought out, and have something specific to offer to help the thread along. I try to criticize the post and not the poster, though it's hard not to call a douche a douche sometimes. What I do badly: I tend to take interweb [censored] too personally . I rise to tard's bait too easily, get involved in tardish arguments. Also I could work on starting threads rather than posting in others' threads, but I'm afraid NT will yank my title and give me a *.

You'd get docked a level of pay for trying to take a hellish process to a place where I want nothing to do with anything work related.
