Loose / aggressive $2/5NL game at the Beau Rivage in Biloxi this past weekend. Buy-in's are uncapped and the game is playing more like a deep 5/10 game than 2/5.

I am on the button with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Villian with about $600 (I cover) in EP raises to $16 and there are three callers. I call and the blinds fold.

Flop (Pot ~$90) - J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Villian bets $75 and it is folded around to me.

Villian has not entered a lot of pots in the hour we have played together and has a generally tight table image.

Three callers here means that he isn't betting out with nothing. He most likely has an overpair. You get value from strong draws like this one with either implied odds or fold equity. Can this player lay down a hand? With 3 players he should be aware he could be behind and have to lay down, or he could be the type of player that when he gets his big pair will felt it no matter what. You need a decent read here to figure out the best way to play this hand.
