Good post bro.

Hopefully things will turn around for you because, sadly, you're the best player I know.

You're teaching me to play. If you suck, I'm in trouble!

Guess I better get my hands on some of your books...

Good post. I too feel I'm extremely "unlucky" during downswings and breakeven stretches. But when thinking about that I realize that before that I had some sick upswings which I just felt were "well deserved" and "running normal" instead me considering them "lucky" and "running good".

Well done sir! I've been thinking about this for a long time but haven't actually done anything about it. Just trying to play as much as possible without thinking of what I'm doing and then complain that I'm the unluckies man on earth when the deck is not cooperating. Now it's time for a break from playing and start studying instead.

very nice post. I am trying to be the best player I can be and there are two things I don't do enough:
- work hard to study poker and especially review hands. I never do this and it has to be the number one thing that can improve your game.
- work hard at the tables. Taking notes, having good reads on everyone of your opponents, thinking troughout every hand you play and every hand they play. If every 2p2 were thinking every decision on the tables the same way they analyse their play on these forums...
