I've played regular jenga drunk before, its fun but everyone gets lazy/drunker and nobody wants to re-stack after 2 times.

Make sure it goes girl/guy/girl/guy and just put a bunch of "do [insert soemthing sexual] to person on your left/right"

game can be fun with the right people.
