Default Live $500NL Top Set on Nasty Flop - Checkup

Foxwoods this past weekend. Game is playing pretty well for a random 2/5 game with average stacks at the table of closer to 1K than $500. I have a little over $1k to start the hand and cover the two villians (shorties at the table).

BB - $550
UTG(HERO) - $1K
UTG+1 - $450

Pre-Flop

UTG(Hero) has 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and raises to $25, UTG+1 Calls, all fold to BB who calls.

Pot = $77

Flop: 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
BB Checks, Hero bets $65, UTG raises to $175, BB calls, Hero...

Pot is $492 and its $110 for me to call. BB has like $350 behind and UTG+1 has around $250 behind.

My real question is here is to call or raise.

UTG+1 was shaking, and a taggy nit and I was over 50% sure he had the straight based on my read. BB is a poor tilty player that I played with the day before and was a lagtard.

such an easy shove

I don't play live...so whatever. I don't think its possible online to have a >50% read that someone has exactly a straight if they are halfway decent. I guess you can call, but there's a lot of draws, two pairs, etc. that will pay you off now

I definitely push here. You have top set with @ 25% to make ur boat. The BB will call with his A4 (LOL), and UTG + 1 will call with a made str8 (50%) or huge draw (50% - with at least one out counterfeited by the BB's holding). You have EV+ situation here IMO. And, obviously you can't fold top set for 100BB, and calling to see if the turn burns you is not logical, because both will still call your push when the blank arrives.

OK - thanks for the quick thoughts... My friends are all telling me that I am stupid for considering anything but pushing too.

I pushed, both called - BB had K4ss (lol), and UTG had 89.

Turn was 5 - Ship it.

If anyone here has an arguement for just calling, I would love to hear it. I guess my biggest criticism of my own game is that I get a little too over-aggro sometimes and I am trying to look at hands like this and consider if I made the best play...

Also, it's pretty easy to say that "I am 50% sure he has a straight" after the fact. Hindsight is 20/20. But think how many times you are positive someone has a bigger monster, and you reluctantly call, and you are completely off. It's the same scenario, and trying to retroactively appropriate percentages to his hand is pretty ridiculous, and definitely doesn't make the game easier to play
