epassporte to paypal

Because of the withdraw limits that epassporte has ($300 a day for standard and $600 if your upgraded) does anyone know if its possible to use epassporte like a credit card to put money onto paypal and then withdraw from your paypal account to your bank account?

im also curious if there is any way to connect paypal to poker sites from a bank as an intermediary.
