New Sticky or updated FAQ needed

This forum could be easily and vastly improved by adding a sticky or changing the FAQ to include the following:

How each site represented by the affiliates sponsoring this forum calculates MGR for its room, broken down to include:

1) Ring Games, including Limit and No Limit
2) Multi-table Tournaments
3) Sit and Go Tournaments

For instance, I am especially interested in MGR for Sit and Gos. While there are many threads that raise the issue, none are comprehensive, authoritative and stickied.

The search feature is inappropriate to use for this because of the innumerable ways the subject may be searched, ie. Sit'nGo; Sit'n Go; Sit and Go; STT; Tournament buy-in fees; Tournament fees; MGR. You get the idea.

Instead of making it difficult for your readers to find out what we want to know, why don't you make it easy? Think of all the unnecessary, duplicative posts made here on the same subjects. If you want us to sign up for sites using you, the sponsoring affiliates, as our affiliates, please do a little research and work so that we don't have to do it ourselves.

You should also include how MGR/rakeback is affected by bonuses.

Someone would need to be responsible for and able to edit the sticky regularly when conditions change.
