ha! same here. We can only blame our good genes it don't matter how much I eat I never gain weight. Instead of seing this as bad you should see this as a gift, after all most people would want to be in your dilemma.

Oh, i realize i'm somewhat lucky because i guess a lot of people would like to be less heavy. But for a 22 year old, I sure would like to gain some weight, u know?? I figure once I gain it, I won't really have to worry about gaining too much since i think i have some freak metabolic rate. But still, a little extra weight wouldn't hurt...

Suigin,

Look up the Massive Eating articles by John Berardi on t-nation.com. Should be easy enough to google. Time for you to start taking responsibility for your weak 6' 140 lbs. frame instead of blaming your genetics.

Hypercarboload.

Eat lots more potatoes, drink heavy ales along with your current diet. Might help a bit.

Basically, if it takes awhile to move thru your digestive system... /seriousness

I'm not saying you are doing this, but most skinny bastards that I have known always claim that they are eating all the time and can't gain weight, but in reality they eat a lot less than fatboys like me.

You will have to force yourself to eat a lot, and lift heavy weights. High protein--meats, eggs, fish, tons and tons of vegetables, until you can't stand it. Protein shakes. Eat. Eat. Eat.

Second the motion on t-nation.

You know how much it hurts when you lift?

Thats how your stomach should feel at the end of every meal.

No really.
