50NL - AK 3 bet pot oop

CO is a 63/25 donkey. BTN is 25/17 reg who seems decent. I would think he would be 4 betting QQ+ here, so I would take that out of his range. We have been playing back and forth at each other a bit but nothing too crazy.

Is flop check terrible? Bet turn as played?

Why arent you betting that flop? You ae pretty much commited too go broke on this hand whatever happens imo.

Put CO all-in on the flop. If btn push I call, but don't really like it.

That flop wouldn't make me happy at all but you have to bet due to your preflop aggression. I would 20 to 23$ and commit myself to show strength.
