QQ in a 4bet pot 185 bb deep

villain is anakinso who so far is running at 43/32/aggro thru 50 hands. Hes been speeding around a lot. I have been messing with him a bit, 3bet him 3 or 4 times and have floated him in position and bluff raised him successfully a couple times as well, although he cant know that for sure. Every time I have 3bet him he has called preflop even oop, and even when we were only 100bb deep. Overall tho I should be at 22/18/3 so far. As for this hand, He 4bet me really fast pre, I called really fast, and we both checked the flop and turn really fast (which I regret doing so fast my self). Aside from that can I take any differnt line in this hand? Pot is roughgly 330 on the river b4 his bet
