Why only a 2bet with pocket kings, even out of position?

I find it scary that he just called your 3xraise. He just called your minraise preflop so he might not have much, maybe he just wanted to see his small pocketpairs make a set, or he had an ace/king with a low kicker. It looks like he connected with the board. His 3bet was just a cbet, but calling your 3xraise looks like strength.

Curious what the real poker gods think of this hand, I'm just a n00b.

I put him on a flush draw and put it in the middle, honestly.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I read:

OnGame's Room No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (5 handed) by Hand
Converter CG

So $1 is a BB right? And you raise to $2 preflop right? So that's a 2bet? Or am I missing something here?

I'm not sure what you're onto. He didn't minraise PF, he raised the usual 4x BB. Where does your ''2bet'' come from?

I'd probably put this guy on another pocket pair, something like 8-8, 9-9, T-T and maybe Jacks (that'd be weird play). He might also have a flushdraw (surprisingly many bet their draws on flop). I'd push here.

ElCarlos, it's NL50; .25/0.5 blinds.

i think you played it fine so far, now push... the fact he only started with 80bbs makes it an easier shove. lots of draws he can have, a 7, a pp. 85 got there if hes playing that pf, but plenty of other draws he can have. he doesnt always have a 6 here
