In this hand opponent is a 56/9/0.6 over around 300 hands.
I have a note on him. He happens to raise Preflop raisers with air and bet all the way for example he raised me on a 2,3,9 flop with complet air and bet all the way.

Go for the check raise and bluff inducing or donk it???

Based on your read, check raising seems best. In fact, vs most villains I like a c/r because he should be value betting most pairs and there are a lot of draws that he can bluff with.
