What is the raiser's up-card? I'll assume it's smaller than an Eight, because you likely wouldn't be asking otherwise. With your Eight up, folding can't be that far wrong. Since the low card would probably raise to isolate the Nine with a fairly broad range, I can see calling as well. I don't like raising, because I don't particularly want the Nine to fold. On balance, I think I like a call, because calling is what I do best.
