How long to get your 360 back?

I have the tracking number to my 360, and it arrived in McCallen, TX or whatever on June 25th. I still haven't got it back yet! This is putting me on life tilt. It's been out of commission for almost a month. I called them on the 21st and they said 10 days for the whole process.

Should I be worried? Could I have been robbed of my 360???

That's weird because everyone I know who sent them off got them back in a week. Of course, Microsoft retroactively made a three year warranty so they could be swamped by people whose warranty had expired.

For two of my previous xboxs process took three weeks from my shipping date to get it back to the east coast.

I sent mine in for repair about a year ago and it took a month to get it back. At least it works now.

I am on the West coast(LA) so I dunno. I'm callin them tomorrow so we'll see what they have to say...I was on hold 45 minutes today until I had to leave.

Call support and ask whats up. Mine took a week.

I finally got my Red Ring of Death this weekend [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] Oh well thankfully they increased their warranty since I had a launch day unit. I'm actually kinda stoaked I'm getting a new/refurbed machine as it should have a better heat sink on it. Only bummer is I had a custom skin made for it, that I'm gonna have to take off and hopefully it doesnt get messed up.
